Horticulture Lighting 

 

Shineon use of high hermetic packaging technology, designs two series of LED light source in horticulture. One is monochrome          package series using blue and red chip( 3030 and 3535 series), and the other is phosphor series excited by blue chip ( 3030 and      5630 series). Monochromatic light series has the advantage of high photon flux efficiency, PPF/W up to 3 umol/s/W .This series can match the intelligent lighting system for dynamic adjustment of the spectrum and is suitable for high-value crops, small-scale            experiments and demonstrations, greenhouse filling light and other applications. The blue chip excites the phosphor series adjusts    the proportion of the spectrum by changing the phosphor and its added amount. The advantage is that the LED's optoelectronic       performance is consistent and the light mixing is even, so that the drive and optical design are simple and easy to use. Most of them use mature design and materials of white light package which has excellent performance, low cost, This series is the first choice for    large-scale agricultural production. A series of standard products have been formed for different kinds of plants and can be quickly   delivered in bulk.

 

1.1 3030 Monochromatic Light Series

 

The 3030 monochromatic light series is a monochromatic package of blue and red chips. Typical products include SOH3030-PL-B450-EA , SOH3030-PL-R660-EA and SOH3030-PL-R730-EA . The relevant parameters are shown in the table 1 . The corresponding           spectral distribution is shown in Figure 1,The wavelengths of SOH3030-PL-B450-EA and SOH3030-PL-R660-EA are 450nm and 660nm , respectively , and they are "light fertilizers" that provide energy for the photosynthesis of plants. And SOH3030-PL-R730-EA provide   signal plant growth regulating flowering, sprouting physiological activities.

1.2 3535 Monochromatic Light Series Related Parameters

 

The 3535 monochromatic light series is a monochromatic ceramic package with blue and red chips. Typical products include MOH3535-PL-B450-EA, MOH3535-PL-R660-EA and MOH3535-PL-R730-EA. The relevant parameters are as follows: Table 2 shows. The corresponding spectral distribution is shown in Figure 2 . The 3535 series has the highest photon flux efficiency and reliability.

2.2 5630 Phosphor Series Related Parameters

 

The 5630 phosphor series uses blue light to excite fluorescence, The spectrum distribution can be adjusted by changing the phosphor and the ratio which can be used by panel light. Typical products include SOZ5630-PL-A and SOZ5630-PL-40-H1 . The relevant parameters are shown in Table4.The corresponding spectral distribution is shown in Figure 4 .
