ShineOn Released Its G-Series High-Density LED Arrays
ShineOn (Beijing) technology Co., Ltd has released its high-density LED arrays G-series, MT-13G6,MT-15G9 and MT-18GC to the market today.
Newly released G-series high density LED arrays (COB), uses advanced flip-chip technology, advanced high temperature-endurance materials and high thermal conductivity materials, to give unprecedented 66 lm/mm2high luminous density output. More ever, with its bond-wire free reliability, superb overdrive capability and user-friendly soldering interfaces, G-series high density arrays have brought additional values to the LED market. The lamp using MT-13G6 for a light source with 6mm LES has exceed the Energy Star@ requirement for 20-watt ceramic metal halide(CMH) with the same center beam intensity, less than 12 degree light beam angle and 50% more energy saving. The same outstanding performance is held for MT-15G9 to 40-watt CMH and MT-19GC to 75-watt CMH. G-series has extended LED arrays usage for directional lighting application, and its applicable usage covers from spot light, par light and down light, to CMH and high bay light etc.
“Using ShineOn’s MT-18GC, we are able to make 27-watt par38 lamp in quantity with 10 degree of the light beam angle
and 7600CD of the center beam intensity. That lamp can truly replace the traditional 55-watt par38 lamp for energy saving. ShineOn’s G-series has greatly expanded the LED lighting application and created a new LED market”, said Heming Xiong,
general manager, Shenzhen Betop Electronics.
ShineOn Technology is a leader in LED array products. Currently its LED array family includes the aluminum based COB
series featuring high luminous efficacy, LES from 5mm to 32mm and power range from 3 watt to 200 watt. Its alumina
based COB series with high voltage endurance has LES from 6mm to 19mm, power range from 3 watt to 50 watt. All
products have a correlated color index from 80 to 95 above. The newly released high density G-series are helping LED
lighting and fixture companies to broaden their product portfolio and to raise their light quality of the products.
