Product introduction：

The high power flip chip COB series adopts the patent technology of flip-chip integrated light source<ZL 2014 2 0008844.6>. The COB surface temperature is 20℃ lower than the same power of COB, without sulfuration risk. The COB series has no gold wire inside, avoiding the risk of crack. It has the characteristics of high reliability and long life.
