About Us
ShineOn’s management team, headed by experts from the US optoelectronics industry, comprises scientists, entrepreneurs, and operation leaders who have experience in the field of LED packaging and module for lighting and display.
The founding team members are PhDs graduated from top US universities and have held R&D and management positions in global companies such as Lucent Bell Labs, Nortel Networks, Intel, Finisar, Luminus Devices and etc.
The local core team members were technical and manufacturing experts from companies such as Liteon, Seoul semiconductor, Everlight, Samsung and etc, bringing in tremendous production management, quality and process control experience.
